Dynamics CRM coming to Windows Phone, iOS, Android, Blackberry

Microsoft will be releasing Dynamics CRM for mobile devices sometime in the second quarter.

The service update will include "a new cloud-based, cross-platform, native mobile client service" that will allow customers with any Windows Phone 7, iPad, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry mobile device to access Dynamics CRM, according to a Microsoft news release.

Dynamics CRM is Microsoft's customer relationship management software.

The second-quarter release will also include more social features such as "Activity Feeds that give people the ability to like and unlike status updates, improved status filtering, and the capability to view all statuses relating to a particular record view," according to the news release.

Microsoft has been ratcheting up the competition with its Dynamics products and services, including ads and incentive pricing.
