Ex-Microsoft employee suing American Airlines for bad landing

A former Microsoft employee is suing American Airlines for a harrowing landing that she says has caused permanent damage.
Bellevue resident Jewel Thomas had worked for Microsoft for six years and was flying to New York in 2008 to apply for another Microsoft job. Seattle Times reporter Susan Gilmore reports that Thomas now has difficulty working and is on disability.
