Get your free anti-virus software from Microsoft

Free anti-virus, anti-spyware software from Microsoft is available starting today for consumers.
Microsoft Security Essentials can be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials.
The anti-malware service runs in the background and automatically updates itself. The service means users don't have to wait for a scheduled download to get updated.
The software is available for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, and in multiple languages.
