Key dates in the case involving minor-league relief pitcher Josh Lueke
May 22, 2008: Woman goes to apartment shared by Josh Lueke and Bakersfield Blaze Class A teammates. She later tells police she was raped by an unknown player while passed out drunk.
June 30, 2008: Lueke lies to police about going up to bed that night and not seeing the woman after she was left alone in a bathroom. He changes his story three days later after another person in apartment tells police Lueke had talked of seeing her naked.
March 25, 2009: DNA results show Lueke a positive match for semen found on the victim.
April 29, 2009: Lueke gets arrested and is charged with having unlawful sexual intercourse and sodomy with an unconscious victim.
June 7, 2009: Lueke is released from jail on $50,000 bail.
Oct. 1, 2009: Lueke formally changes his plea. He pleads no contest to reduced charge of false imprisonment with violence.
Nov. 19, 2009: Judge accepts Lueke's plea and sentences him to 42 days for time served, 20 days for good behavior, for a total 62 days. He is put on three years' felony probation.
July 9, 2010: Mariners acquire Lueke and three other prospects from the Texas Rangers for pitcher Cliff Lee.
