Drivers traveling across Snoqualmie Pass this weekend could face backups of an hour or more due to roadwork near Cle Elum.
To avoid the longest delays, drivers should consider leaving early in the morning or late afternoon, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The roadwork will take place on I-90 between Easton and the Cle Elum area, WSDOT said in a news release.
Construction crews will close lanes and divert traffic from work areas as they repair and replace a lane of eastbound I-90.
