A 47-year-old woman is accused of trying to set fire to her husband's home in Olympia in what detectives are calling an "extreme domestic dispute."
Lt. Chris Mealy with the Thurston County Sheriff's Office tells KOMO-TV Kim Booth admitted trying to start fires around the house while her estranged husband and three other people were inside.
A deputy used a fire extinguisher to put out the small fires and no one was injured.
Mealy says Booth was arrested nearby. She told a deputy that she was trying to kill her estranged husband and his girlfriend.
Booth is being held in Thurston County Jail on suspicion of four counts of attempted murder. The girlfriend's children, a 7-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl, were spending the night at the house.
