Ferry riders will be surveyed
The Washington State Transportation Commission will be surveying ferry riders in late July and early August about their travel, fare issues, the reservation system and general satisfaction with the ferry system.<
The Washington State Transportation Commission will be surveying ferry riders in late July and early August about their travel, fare issues, the reservation system and general satisfaction with the ferry system.
The data collected will influence decisions by state leaders and lawmakers, affecting ferry riders.
The survey will be administered through onboard surveys and through the Ferry Rider's Opinion Group (F.R.O.G.) online panel.
F.R.O.G. survey crews will be onboard select routes Thursday through Sunday and Aug. 5-8. Riders can also join F.R.O.G. and take the survey by going directly to the survey website at: http://www.ferryridersopiniongroup.com/public.Participation in the research is voluntary and responses will be kept confidential, used only for statistical purposes.
