Citizens can tell elected officials in forums over the next six weeks whether King County provides adequate customer service and whether government is open and accessible.

"Public Trust: Customer Service and Public Engagement," the topic of the fifth round of Countywide Community Forums since the process began in 2007, runs from May 1 to June 13. Participants gather in meetings of four to 12 people, view a video on the subject, discuss it and then fill out a survey.

To register and participate, call 800-369-2584 or go to www.CommunityForums.org.
