Kathleen Cooper had 17 points and 11 rebounds as Auburn Riverside cruised past Issaquah 58-40 in the semifinals of the Class 4A girls state tournament on Friday night.

The Ravens took advantage of its size inside as Taylor Wofford and Cooper combined for 13 first half points for Auburn Riverside in building a 28-15 halftime cushion.

Mercedes Wetmore came on in the second half adding 11 of her 17 points after the break in keeping the Eagles from mounting much of a comeback.

Brooke Miller led the way with 14 points for the Eagles, but Issaquah shot just 26 percent and wasn't able to keep pace with the Ravens.

Wofford finished with 10 points and eight rebounds for Auburn Riverside.
