2 foreclosure-prevention workshops on Saturday

On Saturday, there will be two free, foreclosure-prevention workshops, one in Seattle and one in Tacoma.

On Saturday, there will be free, foreclosure-prevention workshops in Seattle and Tacoma.

The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is holding its foreclosure-prevention workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 105 14th Avenue in Seattle.

People wishing to register should call 800-368-1455.

The City of Tacoma is sponsoring a workshop on loan modifications from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Evergreen College's Tacoma campus, 1210 6th Ave.

Free child care is available on site. For more information, go to www.homeownership.wa.gov.
