The Toys for Tots program is facing a shortage of 60,000 toys as it begins distributing gifts to 108,000 low-income kids in King County's Department of Social and Health Services.

The Toys for Tots program is facing a shortage of 60,000 toys as it begins distributing gifts to 108,000 low-income kids in King County's Department of Social and Health Services.

The Marine Corps Reserve Program is pleading for donations of new, unwrapped toys this week for children ranging in age from newborn to 13.

Toys can be donated Tuesday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the following locations:

Marymoor Storage in Redmond, 6065 East Lake Sammamish Parkway N.E.; 145th Aurora Storage in Shoreline, 14540 Aurora Ave. N.; East Valley Storage in Kent, 18250 East Valley Highway S.; Warehouse No. 8 in Auburn, 1903 C St. S.W.
