2-year sentence for operator of brothels in N. Seattle, Renton, Tukwila
A California man was sentenced today to nearly two years in prison and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to promoting prostitution at three massage parlors and tanning salons in North Seattle, Tukwila and Renton.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Jesus "Jesse" Deleon, 47, of Irvine, Calif., operated a string of Seattle-area massage parlors and tanning salons that were fronts for prostitution.
Deleon was also ordered to forfeit more than $152,000 and 11 luxury watches.
Deleon also had served 22 months in a California prison for a similar scheme. The federal sentence is in addition to the state prison sentence.
Earlier this week a second defendant, Donald Kerry Frey, 38, of South Lake Tahoe, Calif., was sentenced to two years in prison. Both Frey and Deleon were indicted last February, and both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to transport individuals in furtherance of prostitution.
According to federal officials, Frey assisted Deleon in running the brothels.
The three businesses in the Seattle area were the Aloha Tanning Resort in Renton, the Avalon Spa in North Seattle, and the Malibu Tanning Spa in Tukwila.
