Sandbag giveaway in Green River Valley
King County is offering free sandbags to residents of the middle Green River Valley to help them prepare for possible flooding from the Howard Hanson dam.
King County is offering free sandbags to residents of the middle Green River Valley to help them prepare for possible flooding from the Howard Hanson dam.
The sandbags and information about how to use them will be available from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday at Flaming Geyser State Park, near the park lodge at 23700 S.E. Flaming Geyser Road, Auburn.
