The main entrance to The Seattle Times was shut down for about two hours this morning after a white powder in a threatening letter was discovered in the newspaper's mailroom.

Officials with the Seattle Fire Department would not say what was in the letter, but were investigating.

The doors reopened about 10 a.m. after officials determined there was no danger related to the package.
