Car rolls into Lake Washington; driver escapes
A woman escaped from her car, apparently uninjured, after it went into Lake Washington at Colman Park on Saturday morning.
A woman escaped from her car, apparently uninjured, after it went into Lake Washington at Colman Park on Saturday morning, according to Seattle police.
"At this point, it is unclear how the car ended up in the water, but our officers are investigating," police spokesman Mark Jamieson said. The woman climbed out a window.
Police officers received a report at 8:36 a.m. of a car in the water in the 1800 block of Lake Washington Boulevard South.
