WA state attorney accused of harassing neighbor
Investigators say an assistant state attorney general harassed a former neighbor in Seattle by posting her name and phone number on adult Web sites.
Investigators say an assistant state attorney general harassed a former neighbor in Seattle by posting her name and phone number on adult Web sites.
The King County prosecutor's office charged 41-year-old Jonathan Milstein on Tuesday with telephone harassment. He'll be arraigned next Wednesday in King County Superior Court.
Milstein resigned Monday from his job. He had represented the Department of Social and Health Services in child abuse and neglect cases.
The former neighbor says she receive dozens of calls from strangers who claimed to have chatted with her on adult Web sites and expected to arrange sex.
An FBI investigation linked the postings to Milstein's Internet account.
