Man dies in single-car crash near Skykomish
A 22-year-old Leavenworth man died early Saturday morning when his car went off Highway 2 near Skykomish and struck a tree.
A 22-year-old Leavenworth man died early Saturday morning when his car went off Highway 2 near Skykomish and struck a tree.
The accident happened around 4:30 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol. The man, who was wearing a seat belt, was traveling westbound on Highway 2. He was dead by the time emergency vehicles arrived. There were no passengers.
