Lacey couple accused of raping adopted daughter
A 54-year-old Hazel Dell man was given the maximum 23-year sentence for sexually abusing two teenage boys.
A 54-year-old Hazel Dell man was given the maximum 23-year sentence for sexually abusing two teenage boys.
Jason D. Forman apologized Wednesday in Clark County Superior Court.
The Vancouver Columbian reports he pleaded guilty in April to child rape, molestation and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Forman also was convicted in 2000 of coercion with sexual motivation.
