Hasselbeck, Jones, Hill doubtful

Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and left tackle Walter Jones are doubtful for Sunday's game against New England.

RENTON, Wash. —

Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and left tackle Walter Jones are doubtful for Sunday's game against New England.

Seattle coach Mike Holmgren said after practice Friday that Hasselbeck still is bothered by the back problem he's had for most of this season. The three-time Pro Bowl passer has missed five games this season with a bulging disk in his back and nerve problems down his leg.

Backup Seneca Wallace took the first-team snaps for Hasselbeck on Friday. Wallace is likely to make his fifth start of the season against the Patriots.

Jones has missed practice all week to rest a bad knee. Ray Willis and Sean Locklear are likely to be tackles on Sunday.

Starting outside linebacker LeRoy Hill is also doubtful. He has a neck injury.
