A rollover crash has shut down the mainline of northbound Interstate 5 entering downtown Seattle.

The 5:52 p.m. crash happened in the right lane. Two lanes are closed, and troopers are diverting traffic into the Seneca Street exit through downtown.

Another accident has occurred near the West Seattle Bridge exit, the state Department of Transportation reported.

Traffic cameras show backups extending back to the south end of Beacon Hill.
