Castle Rock boy accused of urinating in teacher's cup

A Castle Rock Middle School student is accused of urinating in a teacher's drink container.

CASTLE ROCK — A Castle Rock Middle School student is accused of urinating in a teacher's drink container.

Police say it was reported by other students Friday, and the teacher did not drink from the contaminated cup.

The 13-year-old was arrested and held in juvenile detention for investigation of placing a harmful substance in a container designed for human consumption.
