Flags at state agency buildings will be lowered to half-staff Tuesday to honor fallen Bothell Marine 1st Lt. Nicholas Madrazo.

Flags at state agency buildings will be lowered to half-staff Tuesday to honor fallen Bothell Marine 1st Lt. Nicholas Madrazo.
Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset Tuesday or Wednesday morning, according to Gov. Christine Gregoire's office.
Madrazo, a Seattle Pacific University graduate, was killed in action Sept. 9 in Parwan province, Afghanistan.
