Seattle police are investigating a suspicious death after a man's body was found Wednesday morning, apparently pushed out of a moving car off Airport Way South near Interstate 5.
A witness called police around 7:30 a.m. and reported seeing a man push the victim — who was not moving or breathing — from a 2005 Kia Rio at Ninth Avenue South and South Dakota Street, said police spokeswoman Renee Witt.
The victim is described as a white man in his 60s. He was found with a belt around his neck, but there were no signs of trauma to his body, Witt said.
The driver was last seen traveling south on Airport Way South, she said.
A black Kia Rio with the license plate 549 UXG is being sought.
