Spokane boy on scooter hit by city dump truck
The family of a 9-year-old boy who was hit by a Spokane dump truck says he's in critical condition after surgery.
The family of a 9-year-old boy who was hit by a Spokane dump truck says he's in critical condition after surgery.
Police say the boy was riding a scooter Wednesday afternoon when he was hit by the city truck working with a street sweeper in the neighborhood.
He was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center with a pelvic injury.
An aunt told KREM-TV that doctors had to remove one kidney.
