Seattle police are investigating a suspicious death this morning after a man's body was found, apparently pushed out of a moving car off Airport Way South near Interstate 5.
A witness called police around 7:30 a.m. and reported seeing a man push the victim — who was not moving or breathing — from a 2005 KIA Rio at Ninth Avenue South and South Dakota Street, said police spokeswoman Reneé Witt.
The victim is described as a white man in his 60s. He was found with a belt around his neck, but there were no signs of trauma to his body, Witt said. It's unclear where he lived, she said.
The driver was last seen traveling south on Airport Way South, she said.
Police are looking for a black KIA Rio with the license plate 549 UXG.
