Fort Lewis soldier dies in accident in Iraq
Fort Lewis-based Staff Sgt. David W. Textor, 27, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), died Tuesday in Mosul, Iraq, of injuries suffered from a noncombat vehicle accident, the Department of Defense disclosed today.

According to military records, Textor, a weapons sergeant assigned to Company A, was from Jamestown, N.Y.
