SEATTLE —

An Allyn, Wash., man has died as a result of injuries he sustained while constructing a well in Skagit County.

Twenty-three-year-old Tyler Bright had been on life support at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle since last Tuesday, when he was pinned by steel pipes that slid off a truck near Camp Brotherhood, about 10 miles southeast of Mount Vernon.
