Seattle Police said the body of a man found downtown on the south side of the King County Courthouse around 11:30 this morning was likely that of a transient who appeared to have fallen into a sunken loading area.
Seattle police spokeswoman Renee Witt said the man, whose identity has not been released, was dead when emergency crews arrived at the scene.
