STEVENS PASS — A 19-year-old Cashmere woman has been found two days after setting out for a day-hike around Lake Minotaur.

Chelan County Sheriff Mike Harum says a helicopter spotted Anne Joy Robinson around 7 a.m. today about one mile from the trailhead to Lake Minotaur.

Robinson had set out for a Saturday afternoon hike around the lake, which is at roughly 6,500 feet and is about eight miles west of Lake Wenatchee. That evening her father reported her missing.

Harum says Robinson lost the trail in snow and lost her bearings. She had water, but no food.

He says she had no injuries, but was cold, tired and thirsty.
