Lost iPod returned to retired Oregon hairdresser

CORVALLIS, Ore. — A retired Oregon hairdresser who lost her iPod at a Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is getting it back, thanks to a fellow iPod user.

CORVALLIS, Ore. — A retired Oregon hairdresser who lost her iPod at a Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is getting it back, thanks to a fellow iPod user.

Marguerite "Pegge" Gee of Philomath was making a surprise visit to see her 92-year-old uncle in Florida last Christmas when she left her iPod on the seat next to her at the airport.

The 63-year-old Gee called the lost-and-found office but was told the airport had a box full of iPods.

But a Sea-Tac worker checked photos on an iPod that looked like it belonged to her, and found one photo that led back to Oregon.

Now Gee can look forward to having hundreds of family photos back, including one of her great-grandfather in a Civil War uniform.
