Tacoma jury deliberates ecoterror arson verdict for fourth day

A federal jury in Tacoma has not yet reached a decision in the arson trial of a woman accused of an ecoterror fire at the University of Washington.

Jurors begin their fourth day of deliberation Wednesday in the trial of Briana Waters.

She's accused of acting as the lookout in 2001 when the Earth Liberation Front burned the Center for Urban Horticulture. The building cost $7 million to replace.

The 32-year-old from Oakland, Calif., could face 35 years in prison if convicted.

Waters testified she had nothing to do with the arson.
