SAN LUIS OBISPO — Police arrested a Washington state man for allegedly asking a 13-year-old boy to have sex with him in a park near San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Patrick Yves Lescot of Lopez Island is accused of approaching the boy, who was fishing at Laguna Lake Park, and asked if he could perform oral sex on the teenager.
Police say the boy refused and the 58-year-old man walked away. An officer had just taken a police report on Wednesday when Lescot was seen re-entering the park in his vehicle.
He's being held with bail set at $5,000 for investigation of annoying or molesting a child.
