Wind, hail and rain all emerged on the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle at the same time Friday afternoon. Commuters at the Northgate Transit Station braved the short-lived winter blast while waiting for their rides.

It's back to the same old, same old weather for this time of the year in Puget Sound:
"Kinda breezy, kinda blustery, showery, a little bit of sunshine and fairly cool temperatures," said Doug McDonnal, forecaster for the National Weather Service.
The low on Friday was 50 degrees, the high 53. Rainfall ranged from a quarter of an inch to three-quarters of an inch in the lowlands, with scattered hail and thunderstorms reported.
