PULLMAN — A 24-year-old man who was upset that friends wouldn't let him drive home because he was intoxicated jumped from a second-floor balcony in Pullman.
Police found him in a parking lot early Sunday morning, and paramedics said he was unconscious and having trouble breathing when they took him to Pullman Regional Hospital.
It's the second fall this month in Pullman due to alcohol. A Washington State University student injured her neck in a fall September fifth at a sorority house where she had been celebrating her 21st birthday.
