Woman injured when car crashes into bus near Fall City
One person was injured when a Metro bus was involved in a collision near Fall City Thursday. The Washington State Patrol reported the accident...
One person was injured when a Metro bus was involved in a collision near Fall City Thursday.
The Washington State Patrol reported the accident took place about 6:30 p.m. when an eastbound 2003 Mercedes driven by a Sammamish man crossed the centerline of Highway 202 at Southeast 47th Street and collided with a westbound 2002 Metro bus.
The Mercedes struck the driver's side of the bus, although the driver was not injured.
A 23-year-old Seattle woman who was a bus passenger was transported to Highline Community Hospital for treatment.
The three other passengers on the bus were uninjured.
The Mercedes driver was booked into the King County jail for investigation of vehicular assault.
