Recipe: Very Cherry Smoothie

Serves 6 2 cups pitted fresh cherries

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

2 tablespoons flax oil

1 tablespoon raw honey

¼ teaspoon vanilla

1 cup ice

Puree in a blender until desired consistency.
