Picture Day at Washington
Posted by Percy Allen

It was picture day for the Huskies Friday and judging from the team photo, there's just as many coaches and support staff as players.
Sophomore forward Tyreese Breshers, who ended his career because of medical reasons, is still a part of the team, however, he won't practice or play in games.
Maybe it's the odd angle of the picture, but freshman Terrence Ross looks significantly taller than Scott Suggs. Both players are listed at 6-6.
SUNDAY MORNING LINKS:
--- The Bleacher Report provides a preview of the Huskies, predicts they'll finish 24-4 (UW plays 30 regular-season games), win the Pac-10 title, earn a No. 3 seed in the NCAA tournament and advance past the Sweet 16.
--- Lots of good recruiting information from Jim Basnight at MyNorthwest.com, including the news that says Garfield High senior Tony Wroten will announce his college choice Oct. 8 at his high school. The Huskies have been down this road before.
--- According to Rivals.com, UW 2011 guard recruit Brett Kingma visited Oregon this weekend.
--- Washington's game against Texas A&M made the top non-conference games compiled by FoxSports.com writer Jeff Goodman.
--- While taking a stand on the Reggie Bush-Heisman Trophy issue, Charles "I'm not a role model" Barkley admitted he took money from agents when he played at Auburn. During an interview with Dan Patrick, Barkley also said "most of the players I know -- borrowed money from agents," and players today still take money.
Pretty sure college coaches cringed when they heard this admission.
Barkley on how much cash he received: "Chump change; just walk-around money," Barkley said, when asked about the amount. "The colleges couldn't give me any money, so a couple agents ... like they want you to sign with them, they give you some chump change and I paid them back when I went to the NBA. I don't see anything wrong with that." "I think I borrowed money from two agents -- maybe two or three, I can't remember -- the only agent who didn't give me money is the one I signed with and the thing that's funny about it is he's the one who turned out to be a crook."
--- The Oregonian also takes a look at how the Ducks are handling agents.
