Report: Terrence Ross Picks Washington

Portland star Terrence Ross (left) is taking an official visit to Washington with his mother and there's growing speculation he'll announce he's chosen the Huskies possibly as early as today.
Ross, a 6-5 shooting guard, told ZagsBlog via Facebook: "I am going to Washington because of the great relationship I have with the team and coaches. I thought it would be the best choice for me and I would fit in with the team. ... I felt like it was time to put a end to the recruiting process."
There's been no formal announcement from Washington and as far as I know, Ross has yet to sign a letter of intent. Kansas, Kentucky, Oregon and Oklahoma are also recruiting him.
I spoke with a few folks this weekend familiar with the recruiting of Ross and Terrence Jones, another standout recruit from Portland, and there's a strong feeling the Huskies will sign at least one and possibly both.
Speaking of Jones, he's visiting Kansas. He wants to announce his college choice Friday with Ross, but it seems as if his friend and former Jefferson High teammate beat him to the punch.
