Tuesday links --- Former Husky Pathon finds a new job, and more

Catching up on some Tuesday afternoon links. ...

--- Former Husky standout WR Jerome Pathon's coaching career continues to progress as he has been hired as the new receivers coach at the University of South Florida. Pathon is still sixth on UW's all-time receiving list with 138 receptions and his 1,299 receiving yards in 1997 remains second in school history behind only the 1,454 of Reggie Williams in 2002. Pathon spent the spring of 2009 on the coaching staff at UW (as an undergrad assistant) before moving on to the University of San Diego.

--- ESPN.com's Pac-12 blog notes that Chris Polk could be a riser at this week's NFL Combine.

--- California Golden Blogs has some interesting stuff on how to best rate college quarterbacks, with a few mentions of Keith Price.

--- Athlon's looks at the top 10 storylines of spring football.

--- Maybe the top player left from the Class of 2012, Davonte Neal of Scottsdale, Ariz., committed to Notre Dame today over Arizona, though not before some unexpected drama.

--- I mentioned last night that San Diego State, UW's first opponent next season, has already begun spring practice. Here is SDSU's updated spring roster.

All for now.
