Monday practice report
Posted by Bob Condotta
The Huskies are off the field after a one-hour practice at a cool but dry Husky Stadium tonight.
In about the only real personnel news of note, DT Cameron Elisara was in pads (the team was in helmets, shoulder pads and shorts) and participating fully. That's good news for the UW DL as Elisara will at least add depth, not start --- he hasn't played since the ASU game Oct. 17 so he might jump back into every-down duty.
However, LB E.J. Savannah remains out and his status for the final two games remains iffy, at best.
TB Chris Polk was in red to protect his sore right shoulder, but he's expected to start.
Anthony Boyles took a few reps with the No. 1 defense at corner, but so did Adam Long so not sure that indicated any real change other than just giving Boyles some work there.
S Nate Williams appeared to tweak an ankle but returned.
And DE Kalani Aldrich, who has been battling knee problems all season, was not in pads and did not practice.
