Beavers open as 10-point favorites against Huskies

The opening lines for next weekend's games are out and Oregon State has been installed as a 10-point favorite for Saturday's 12:30 p.m. game in Corvallis.
OSU has won two in a row, a last-minute home win against UCLA and a 31-14 victory Saturday at Cal.
The Huskies are 5-4 against the spread this year, one obvious measure of improvement from a year ago when UW was just 1-11 against the spread.
In other Pac-10 games next week:
--- USC is a 10-point favorite at home against Stanford;
--- Arizona is a 2-point favorite at Cal;
--- UCLA is a 20-point favorite at Washington State;
--- Oregon is a 17-point favorite at home against Arizona State.
