Steve Sarkisian says Jake Locker will start

Posted by Percy Allen

Washington coach Steve Sarkisian said he saw enough good things out of Jake Locker today to announce the Husky quarterback will start Saturday at UCLA.

Sarkisian said Locker, who suffered a deep thigh bruise, is still a little sore, but he won't be limited in terms of the playbook.

WR Jordan Polk (knee) will also be available.

DT Cameron Elisara (neck stinger), LB E.J. Savannah (hand) and LB Jordan Wallace (knee) won't travel to Los Angeles.

I'll have more from practice in a few minutes.
