Washington game at BYU not available to all viewers
The Huskies' game Saturday at Brigham Young will be televised live by CBS College Sports, which on some cable systems is a premium channel.

BYU's new state of the art television truck sits outside Lavell Edwards Stadium, September 1, 2010 in Provo, Utah. TV Exposure was one of the main driving forces compelling BYU to announces today that BYU football will become independent in 2011 separating themselves from the Mountain West Conference.
The good news for college football fans is that almost every significant game these days lands on live television somewhere.
The tradeoff is that sometimes that means being on a channel that may seem obscure.
Such is the case with today's Washington-Brigham Young game, which will be televised live on CBS College Sports. The channel is an offshoot of CBS devoted solely to college sports.
On many cable systems, it is a premium channel available only with a subscription to a specific sports tier.
The channel is available locally on Comcast channel 412, or 633 in high definition.
On Time Warner, it is channel 251, or 794 in high definition.
On DirecTV it is channel 613; on Dish Network, channel 152; and on Verizon, channel 94.
If you don't have CBS College Sports, the good news is that you won't need to worry about it for any other Washington games.
CBS College Sports has a contract with the Mountain West Conference. BYU is a member of the Mountain West, and because the 4 p.m. game is at BYU, it falls under the Mountain West TV contract (meaning UW had no say in the TV situation).
CBS College Sports selected the game months ago.
The remaining 11 Huskies games will fall under deals that the school has with the Pac-10 or on its own with FSN and ABC/ESPN.
The home opener Sept. 11 against Syracuse will be televised on FSN beginning at 4 p.m., while the following week's game against Nebraska will be on ABC at 12:30 p.m.
