The Washington football team reportedly received its ninth commitment for the Class of 2010 from receiver Tevin Carter of Santee Education Complex in Los Angeles.

At 6 feet 3, 190 pounds, he fits the bigger receiver mold that the new coaching staff likes.

He's also fast, running 10.81 seconds in the 100 meters at the Arcadia (Calif.) Invitational last month. He averaged 29.75 yards per catch last season (28 for 833 yards according to Scout.com, along with 11 TDs).

Carter reportedly also had offers from Arizona, Arizona State, WSU, California and Oregon.
