The good: The Huskies got a few decent performances on offense, namely the RB tandem of Willie Griffin and Terrance Dailey and tight end Michael Gottlieb. Some defensive players also had nice days, notably DE Daniel Te'o-Nesheim and LB Donald Butler.

The bad: Hard to imagine UW reaching a rockier bottom than losing to one of the worst WSU teams ever and staring at the specter of a winless season. UW again found a way to blow a game late, perpetuating the second-half collapses that have been a trademark of the Tyrone Willingham era.

Next up: At California, Dec. 6, noon
