For the past month, a film called "Grassroots" has been shooting in Seattle. It's wall-to-wall in apartment #103 of this Capitol Hill set, as Anthony Fuller, center background, receives makeup for the next scene. The film is based on a 2001 Seattle City Council race between Richard McIver and Grant Cogswell.
