Real Salt Lake wins MLS Cup on penalty kicks
On the last night of pro soccer in soccer-crazy Seattle, the fight to be called champion of Major League Soccer came down to penalty kicks after 120 minutes of full-field action. Above, Kyle Beckerman, captain of Real Salt Lake, lifts the trophy after his team won with a score of 1-1 (5-4 on penalties), beating L.A. Galaxy.
