KENNEWICK — Zack Dailey knocked the puck away from Brett Plouffe at the Tri-City blue line, went in all alone on goaltender Chet Pickard and scored the winning goal with 3:38 left in regulation to lead Everett to a 5-2 WHL victory Tuesday night over the Americans.
Tied 1-1 heading into the third period, the Silvertips scored four goals in the final period, including two by Dan Gendur.
Jason Reese and Taylor Procyshen scored for the Americans, who had their three-game winning streak snapped.
