KAMLOOPS, B.C. — Greg Scott scored the go-ahead goal early in the third period, and the Seattle Thunderbirds held on Wednesday night to beat the Kamloops Blazers 4-2 in a Western Hockey League game.
Scott's goal, his 20th of the season, came 25 seconds after the Blazers' Ivan Rohac had tied the score at 2. Prab Rai added an empty-net goal for Seattle in the final minute.
Thomas Hickey and David Richard also scored for Seattle (22-16-5-2).
