Skyline's Max Browne No. 8 on Rivals 100

Rivals.com released its Rivals 100 2013 prospect rankings Wednesday and Skyline quarterback Max Browne is listed as the No. 8 prospect in the nation, regardless of position.

He is the top-rated quarterback on the list.
